Reservation and Confirmation

In order for us to confirm and guarantee your reservation, we would require for you to submit your credit card information, name and billing address. However, no charge would be made to your credit card until your arrival.
All confirmations are guaranteed in writing via email.

Cancellation

On regular season, all cancellations submitted 7 days prior to your reservation check-in date, will have a 100% refund (if any charges where made). All cancellations and modifications made within a week prior to the check-in date, are subject a to charge by the hotel's administration.
On high season, all cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date are subject a penalty by the hotel's administration.
All cancellations may be submitted via email or over the phone, and reassured in writting by your self and the hotel.
No-Shows are subject to a 100% charge.
